Your Questions, Answered..
-
At your appointment, you may be asked a number of questions about your general wellbeing, health history, lifestyle, and the reason for your visit. This helps your practitioner gain a clearer understanding of your individual needs and how best to support you through the session. Each treatment is tailored specifically to the individual, and session times may vary depending on your practitioner’s assessment and approach. Using observation and gentle assessment techniques, your practitioner will work in a way that is guided by what your body and nervous system may require at that time.
Spinal Flow is intended as a supportive wellness modality and is not designed to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any ongoing or serious health concerns, it is always recommended that you consult your General Practitioner or healthcare professional accordingly.

Spinal Flow is a gentle, nervous-system focused modality designed to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and rebalance itself. Rather than using forceful manipulation, the technique works through light contact along specific points of the spine to help release accumulated stress, tension, and overwhelm that may affect both physical and emotional wellbeing. Many people seek Spinal Flow support for concerns related to chronic stress, anxiety, fatigue, headaches, sleep difficulties, muscular tension, posture-related discomfort, digestive imbalance, nervous system overwhelm, emotional burnout, and feelings of being physically or emotionally “stuck.” Clients also commonly report improvements in relaxation, clarity, body awareness, energy levels, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing over time.
-
Spinal Flow is generally viewed as a cumulative process rather than a one-time treatment. Each session builds upon the previous one, gradually encouraging the body and nervous system to move into a more regulated and balanced state. For this reason, many practitioners recommend an initial series of regular sessions to allow the body time to unwind long-held tension patterns and adapt to the changes taking place.

All Spinal Flow sessions are carried out while you remain fully clothed. However, as the technique focuses on the spine and lower sacral area, we kindly recommend wearing soft, lightweight, and loose-fitting clothing to allow for greater comfort and ease during treatment. For best results, please do not wear jeans, clothing with patterns, or thick restrictive garments to your appointment.
